• $170| Individual 50-minute session

• $300| Team 50-minute session

 

Payment

I accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards for payment. I am an in-network provider for Cigna, Aetna, Oxford, Oscar, Premera, United, and Regence. 

 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
